I’m worried because my desktop has spyware on it. I’m wondering if my laptop is also vulnerable even if it’s wireless.

My computer got a “demo” of the program Spyware Protect 2009. I found out that this program is a virus and I’ve been trying to get rid of it. I can’t really go onto the internet on my computer to remove it because whenever I google something close to removing the software it blocks the webpage. So how do I remove this program?

I have had all the best spyware programs & virus protectors but somehow they manage to get through every program. Its annoying!

I’m not very good with computers and I’ve looked it up how to get rid of it and I still don’t know what I’m doing. I have school work I need to get done and this fake spyware is holding me back. Can someone please spell it out how to get rid of this.

I want to download a virus protection program on my windows vista laptop. Anyone have any good sucess with one type of anti-virus program that they would like to recomend? This would be much appreciated. I am currently running Microsofts Windows Defender, but want added virus and spyware protection.

I got some spyware and it was suggested I could try and hack them out of the registry. Buthow do I find out what are the names to find them in the registry?

I have a computer that is running a little slower than it should. I tried to defrag and delete files that I no longer use, but I think there is spyware on my pc. There are sexual pop-ups on my pc and stuff about icons and smiley faces!! I do want to say that we have downloaded limewire on my pc and we use internet explorer to access the web. Pls help.

I have a DELL Dimension 3000 and it runs on Windows XP 2003. Some spyware got on the computer and even though i have quarantined it, the computer is still running very slow. So I wanted to start fresh by restoring the computer to factory conditions. Hope you can help.

I receive this message and my system freezes,
“Spyware detected on your computer!
Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer.
My laptop freezes afterwards. I can’t even do anything.
I can’t go to All program > run >msconfig to disable it from the batch file. How do i take over my PC from this hijacker.

Every time I launch my Firefox, this ad starts (I cannot turn it off) where this idiot-sounding Kevin something tells me how to make money by posting links on google site. My anti-spyware doesn’t kill it.
How come these people cannot be traced and taken care of like their spyware eventually will be?
