   he he,,,,sounds fun lol. btw have you ever heard about VX virus heven? it gives you virus samples and virus creators, just google it for inspiration of rogues…i guess lol

   This is only works for Windows XP and earlier versions of Windows because prior to Windows Vista was removed the Active Desktop feature. I’ll try it using my Adobe Dreamweaver to edit it. ^_^

   When you clicked the file, it said at the top “To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options…” What does that mean?

   LoL that’s my resource.

   Btw for Vista or Windows 7 you can open the HTML file in IE or any other browser, hit F11 then PrntScrn, paste it into a picture editor, save as gif and set as background. That’s not the real Smitfraud wallpaper but looks the same. So if you really want it that’s what you should do.
