then, if ur internet works, download
malwarebytes anti-malware and superantispyware
run, update, and scan in ‘’safemode with networking”

Looks like u have to reformat ur pc.
Apparently i did just see another AV (AVG 7.5) that you installed and more than 1 anti virus can conflict with any other installed. So you will need to deinstall all your current AV with control panel and removal tools and reinstall Avast! 4.8 Home/Pro. I told you to never use more than 1 anti virus,anti spyware,firewall…. If you want help u can go to Avast! Support Forum they offer great help just show this video and a hijackthis log so they can see what is conflict with your Avast!.

JUST RESTOREIT TO THE PAST WHEN UR PC HAD ANTI-VIRUS WORKING. I RECOMEND U TO DO THAT. A FIREND. got virus i did that so now He has anti Virus back and Virus Removed. a lot of people have useful videos that r not fanmous like mine. and freds video is not helpful and its popular. why the world is like that?? well dude just do it. k
I think this is a virus who deletes some files of the anti-virus you install so you can’t delete the virus maybe you shoud use kaspersky
