    zlob downloader is a Trojan. (It fools you into believing you’re allowing entry to something nice, but instead loads malware, spyware, viruses, etc.)
    Download the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware from the link below. Install it and then update the profiles (it downloads the latest virus/malware/spyware/trojan definitions and installs them) and then run it. It will rid you of zlob.

    The site that you mention, by the way, is reputedly run by volunteers who offer information and advice on computer worries. I don’t know how good they are.

    Just had a look at help2go – the advice in the bits I checked was sound. Never download and install *anything* without having a quick scout around google to see if other users have it flagged as malware – but other than that, I’d say you can trust help2go. It’s definitely not a virus.
