Have you removed it before with what program and did it come back? is it a internet card like wireless from Verizon or Satellite card? You need to download Malwarebytes and then remove the card and reset it and run a quick scan with Malwarebytes

The video tells you clearly how to remove the dnschanger, Step 1 download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware links in the description, Step 2 all computers on that router is affected by the dnschanger so you go to remove it from your computer comes back by way of your other computer so you have to scan Malwarebytes on all your computers after you unplug the router you want no internet connection to any of the computers, once you have scanned all your computers with Malwarebytes, hold reset in on router

for 30 seconds, next you need to setup your router as if you just bought it so you will have to clone your mac address by going in the router settings and clicking on the clone your mac address button then you have to save settings and go back and disable the clone your mac address and then you should be clean from the dnschanger

I have malwarebytes and scanned throughout my pc and found it BUT after it was quarantined I tried to delete it but it STILL quarantined and when want to update it then it (malwarebytes) quote that
“Update failed. Make sure that you are connected to the internet and your firewall is set to allow Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware to access the internet”.
And how is that I’m going to delete it?

Do you have any antivirus protection? I would scan with that and remove it when it finds it Note if it comes up don’t put in the vault or where it asks to move it.

Scanning does’nt always remove the problem. You need to check your registry. Avg and spybot will not remove all…….JC

I figured it out, you just have to change the name of malwarebytes.exe to anything and it will work, just make sure you change it in the C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes folder then create a desktop shortcut to it
