   PROBLEM
   the norton works i installed and downloaded it but the norton trial restter doesn’t. i get a diagnostic message.. it says cannot execute.. dunno the problem. can u help me.

   Do you have a 64-bit computer?

   Did you turn off the Misc. Settings mentioned in the video?

   Did you EXTRACT the file to your desktop?

   Did you right-click and run as admin ( not needed if you have XP )

   Is your anti-virus disabling it from starting?

   Please reply back ASAP for faster answers.
