   Download the spyware doctor and the avg free antivirus and update both and restart your computer and tap the F-8 key while it restarts then run both tools while in safemode and that should get rid of it;
   This is very good tool and I recommend it to keep your pc in good running condition,

   Update Spybot and run your PC in safe mode (Start>Run>msconfig>Boot tab>Check safe mode or tap F8 at start up) Then run Spybot again and see if it comes back,
   If it’s still there, then open the Registry Editor (Start>Run>regedit) and delete the value name.
   If it’s still there, open Task Manager (Ctrl Alt Delete) open the “Processes” tab and find the name and kill the process.
